Exchange/Return Policy

We accept exchanges and return for store credit.


Please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your product to be eligible for exchange/return.

You can exchange your product for a different size, or for a product of the same value. 

A tracking number needs to be supplied to us within 3 DAYS of your exchange/return request approval.

Chamberlin Brand is not responsible for any shipping costs throughout the return/exchange process.

If the variant (size/color) of your piece is sold out the sale is final.
